Rated 1 out of 5 by bam77 from New design seems like deliberate product sabotage My old Bona dust mop was just fine. As others have complained, the much shorter velcro strip on one side that leaves the pad flapping around, dripping dust and debris and folding over on itself renders the whole thing useless. There is no cleaning situation I can think of in which those qualities would be desireable. It's not expensive but I really do feel I am owed my money back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rachel008 from Defective release button After just a few uses the button to release the fill bottle has gotten stuck. I’ve figured out how to press down on the bottle (with a lot of pressure) while stepping on the bottom of the mop and pressing the button to get it out, but it’s challenging. This time, it totally broke. A spring flew out and the tip of the bottle is stuck in the mop for eternity. I’m really upset I spent the money on this mop for it to break after a few uses.

The old design was perfect shouldn’t have changed it, you should bring it back. The products are good, but bottom without Velcro all the way across is a failure. I would not recommend this mop to anyone. Thanks Tammy

It is wide enough to reach a large area at a time and along with the Bona cleaner for floors makes you feel so good to see sparkling floors. The pre packaged floor wipes are easy to add, use and remove. You can also add your own cloth and use their spray cleaners which also works really well. Great mop with a telescoping handle makes it easy to reach places.

The problem is that one strip doesn’t go completely across the length causing the pad to roll under. It makes no sense why the head was designed with this flaw. Frustrating. Buy a different brand.

Within a week, the mop head connection broke off a plastic piece that helps connect the mop head to the handle. Now you cannot use the mop without the handle coming out of the mop head. Would not recommend buying this due to poor design of their plastic molds.

I have been trying to figure out a way to repair it, but doesn't seem possible. I actually love using it along with the microfiber pad because I have cats and it works great for the hair. I am just really disappointed that I can't buy just the handle without having to purchase the whole set again?
