Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have a potential problem I am fairly certain that my house cleaning service used this product full strength a couple of hours ago. I have dark engineered hardwood floors that are 11 months old. What should I do? Too late in the day to call the company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it. I have tried everything under the sun on my floor nothing work. Then I seen this Bona floor Cleaner at Meijer brought it. Went home and mopped the hole house and I love this stuff. It works wonderful on my floors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from residue and spots I bought the Hardwood Floor Cleaner packet with the mop and several cloth heads. The directions are to spray and wipe. Are you kidding me? I have 2000sq ft and you expect me to spray, mop, clean cloth and continue? The product seems to work, but there was residue left behind, the mop handle broke, then the swivel part broke. I had higher hopes for your product but with residue and a poor mop, plus the need to spray to clean, Bona failed, in my experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Have been using it for years, but have recently found it is leaving a filmy. Residue. I rinse the mop often, but not sure if I'm using enough Bona. I spray it on directly from the bottle. Any suggestions. Should I wax it with another product, and then go back to what I was doing?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Goos product but poor quality I have purchased 3 Bona Hardwood Floor cleaners because the trigger keeps sticking and won't pop back out to spray again. It's frustrating. I've emailed the company about it and they have not responded. It's a shame because I clean houses for a living. I would love to keep using the Bona but I can't keep paying for new systems because they keep breaking. I wish someone would contact me on the matter.
