Rated 1 out of 5 by from Left a whit yucky film I used the product because every days how good it is. However, it leaves me floor look white and dirty. If I take paper towel just wet with water I get a nasty yellow gray residue off the floor. My floors look better with just water. You spend a lot of money on something you expect it to work. Now I will need someone professionally to clean my floors. What a waste of time and money!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Streaky white residue I used this to clean our solid bamboo floors in our newly constructed house. It was recommended by the maker of our bamboo floors -Cali Bamboo. It left a dull white residue on all bamboo surfaces. You can see the the footprints from us walking barefooted. I spent over $150 on the mop, the pads, 3 cartridges, gallon refill, and the spray bottle. I will be writing Cali Bamboo as well. We are going to have to have someone come in and professionally clean the residue off the floors or find something that will clean it off. We did wipe down a small area with baby wipes to clean the residue off. The residue that we cleaned off was a yellowish color.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cleaner. Cheep mop. The cleaner is great. Not slippery and no build up. Makes my floors look like new. The mop sprayer trigger broke after about 6 months so now I have to buy a new one which I'm not happy to have to replace so soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bona I like the product but it looks like the floor is getting a build up. What could I use to strip my wood floor?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No hood I just had hickory floors installed during a remodel. This product is not good and does not live up to what the product says it will do. It leaves streaks everywhere. At first I bought the pads that you would attach to a mop. Streaks everywhere did not do a good job and you could only do a small space. So then I bought the large size liquid bottle to use with a mop. There are streaks everywhere. I would not recommend this product. I am not satisfied at all.
