Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dull residue I followed the instructions on your website page. The floor looks dirtier than before cleaning. I have attempted to clean with your product twice, and still the same dull results.I wish I would have saved my receipt.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better directions would be helpful! I bought this cleaning kit for our new hardwood floors. The lack of information is frustrating! How much cleaner do I use? Do I first get the pad damp, wet, or use it dry? How long do I allow the cleaner to dry before using the polish?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product and Service Have been using Bona Wood Floor cleaner for several years and love the way it maintains the healthy look without using harsh chemical. Having Asthma, I look for these types of products. I just recently called to advise that the dispenser collapsed and the company rep apologized and said it was problematic and they have redesigned it and are sending me a replacement free of charge. Where else in America can you receive this kind of excellence.....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect kit to get the best clean I moved into a house with hardwood floors on the first floor and wanted to clean and polish them before moving in (as well maintain them while living there). This kit had everything I needed and they look so much better! The polish left a beautiful shine on the floors making them look freshly sealed and not dull like they were before. Only problem is that when I washed the pads the one I used for the polish is rough (like dried residue) and still dirty. I am afraid it will scratch or undo the work I did if I use it again the way it is. So overall great starter kit but I got to figure out how to more thoroughly clean the pads (other than washing machine instructions on the pad’s tag)
