Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Use!! I bought this product thinking it would enhance my hardwood floors. I love the Bona floor cleaner however this polish is awful. I followed the instructions on the bottle to a T and my floor is streaky and has an uneven polish with a milky film. I called customer service and they gave me a long explanation on how to remove it and the need to buy Bona polish remover. I wish I read the reviews before I spent all afternoon cleaning and applying an inferior product that made my floors look so bad. Now I am afraid to buy the remover because it seems like a big process to remove this mess. Very disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Use Bona Hardwood Floor Polisher! I went to Lowe's and asked for a recommendation for a good quality and easy to use hardwood floor polisher. I've just had my second knee replacement surgery and can longer polish them on my knees like I used to. I was taken straight to the Bona hardwood floor polish and told this product is awesome. When I first used it, my floors did look nice, but only for the first few days. As they were walked on or as I dusted, they started to streak, get a milky film, and look awful. I am in Houston and trying to hire someone to redo my floors is next to impossible at this time and I cannot get down on my knees to scrub this horrible stuff off approximately 2,000 square feet!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from How do I remove the Low gloss finish from floor? Like all the bad reviews on here , I have the same problem of cloudy finish and foot marks all over the place. I noticed that where ever there is natural light falling on the floor , it makes it look dull filled with foot marks. You do not notice it in shady areas. Now looking for solution to this. Going by the reviews , the Bona polish remover does not work. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ruined my floors I wish I would have read reviews on this product first. I used the low shine polish on my four year old floors. I followed directions exactly, and now my floors are hazy and milky white. I have been using the Bona floor cleaner for years, and never thought anything like this would happen. I am absolutely sick that my floors are ruined and I don't know what to do. DO NOT buy this product, especially if you have darker floors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Polish I do NOT recommend me the BONA POLISH... It left a milky appearance all over my beautiful mesquite hardwood floors.
